  2. Corneal Ulcers: Ciprofloxacin ointment may be used to treat bacterial corneal ulcers, which are open sores on the cornea caused by bacterial infection.
  3. Blepharitis: This is an inflammation of the eyelid margins, often caused by bacterial overgrowth.
