Combining the anti-inflammatory properties of Hydrocortisone Acetate with the antibacterial effects of Neomycin Sulphate, Neo-Hycolex Drops provide effective relief and promote healing in conditions caused by infections and inflammation.
Composition

- Hydrocortisone Acetate BP 1.5% w/v (corticosteroid for inflammation)
- Neomycin Sulphate BP 0.5% w/v (antibiotic for bacterial infections)
- Benzalkonium Chloride Solution USP 0.02% v/v (preservative)
Inactive Ingredients:
- Sterile aqueous vehicle
Usage
Indications:
- Eyes: Treatment of conjunctivitis, blepharitis, or other inflammatory and bacterial eye conditions.
- Nose: Management of rhinitis and nasal infections caused by susceptible bacteria.
- Ears: Treatment of otitis externa and other external ear infections.
Mechanism of Action:
- Hydrocortisone Acetate reduces swelling, redness, and inflammation.
- Neomycin Sulphate fights bacterial infections by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis.
Dosage
General Dosage:
- Eyes: Instill 1-2 drops into the affected eye(s) 2-4 times daily, or as prescribed.

- Ears: Instill 2-3 drops into the affected ear(s) 2-4 times daily.
